• The Dungeon starts at a base rate of $75 for 90 minutes for 2 people.

    Additional time can be added for $50 per hour. Additional people can be added for $25 each.

    Depending on the type of activity, number of guests, and other variables, additional rates may apply. Please contact Miss Ivy with special requests.

  • The Dungeon can be rented by the hour for up to 12 people, depending on the type of event/activities being scheduled, and how much of the space is rented.

    Overnight, the space can only hold up to 8 people, but only 4 if everyone needs a bed. There is a California King bed (3), a chaise sofa (1) and a queen inflatable mattress (2), + the AB/DL playpen (2).

  • I expect guests to follow “common sense” behavior guidelines. We are all adults who can and should be responsible for our own behavior.

    All who utilize and enjoy the space are required to sign a Liability Waiver, along with an NDA to keep the location address private.

    A tour of the dungeon will be required for all visitors. It covers the use and care of Miss Ivy’s private Dungeon equipment, as well as locations of First Aid equipment, cleaning procedures, emergency procedures, etc.

    Any extreme play will need to be approved by Miss Ivy prior to Dungeon rental, and will require an additional waiver if it’s to be done without Miss Ivy’s supervision. Miss Ivy will be on site and must be notified if any negotiated scene goes outside of the approved plans.

    This is a newly opened space, and one that I use both for My personal clients and private parties. As such, it is imperative that My guests follow the rules and policies I have set forth. The policies are a living document that will be updated as needed.

  • Consent policy:

    All play must be consensual and fully negotiated. You are responsible for communicating and maintaining your boundaries and limitations, both physical and mental, for all play you are involved in. Please look after yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and play within your limits.

    Miss Ivy operates with the requirement and understanding that all participants are enthusiastically consenting to be on Her property and participating in activities while there.

    At no time does Miss Ivy condone TRUE non consent, although CNC is permitted at Dungeon RDU, if agreed upon by all participants and signed off by Miss Ivy ahead of time.

    • Don’t share the address.

    • Smoking/vaping is allowed in the back yard.

    • Fluids - use puppy pads, and no sitting nude on anything soft, use a towel or puppy pad to sit on things if you’re naked.

    • Make a mess, clean it up. Or get your sub to do it.

    • No glitter

    • Fire play/wax play are okay with proper precautions. Please let Miss Ivy know if that’s something you want to do, and I will review safety precautions regarding those activities.

    • Be respectful of the neighbors

    • Kink gear is fine, but please cover nipples and genitalia when outside My home.

    • Outside is a ‘quieter’ zone. Please be considerate of the neighbors and don’t be excessively loud.

    • Do not talk with the neighbors about the nature of you being there.

    • Please be aware of your surroundings and don’t openly discuss kink or event details outside if you see neighbors around.

    • If you plan to wear stilettos in the Dungeon, a pair of heel caps will be supplied to you so you don’t poke holes in the flooring.

  • The dungeon doesn’t have steps, but the terrain is uneven.

    The entrances/exits are all standard size doors that can accommodate wheelchair access.

    The upstairs area is reached via a staircase.

    • Photos are allowed, please use common sense and get EVERYONE’s permission that would be in the photo PRIOR to taking it. You must also get consent from the same people to post it on any platform.

    • If you take pictures and/or make content at Dungeon RDU, PLEASE tag DungeonRDU on FetLife (https://fetlife.com/DungeonRDU), or Miss Poison Ivy on Instagram, X, BlueSky, FaceBook, etc. Failure to do so may result in being asked to remove the picture until tagging is done.
